Well I am feeling like I am mentally and physically hitting my stride. After a very bad start to this program.
I did a solo trip to my local gym after all the Easter festivities with my two families. Thought I would get in some strength training, you know because I have zero upper body strength.
I got on the treadmill for my warm up, plugged into my phone for my tunes and was transported to Saturdays run. It is still making me feel larger than I have in years and years.
I completed a full workout in an empty gym, 100% alone. Just a few months ago I would have whimped out and went home.
